Bryan spent thirty years on the tournament trail and in the money rooms before he hung the instructor sign. That matters because most pool instructors got certified. Bryan got there the other way, by playing for his own money against people who were happy to take it.

He teaches out of Markley Billiards in Norristown PA, the room where a lot of Tri-State players cut their teeth. If you drive in from Philly, Wilmington, or North Jersey, he is the closest you will get to a real money-game instructor who still shows up for lessons in person.
